Al Aseel Recruitment is representing a reputable Company in the UAE and is seeking qualified and experienced Auction Executives to join its team.
1.Auction Executive (Watches & Jewelleries)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Full time (8 hours – 5 working days)
Salary: Up to AED 15,000 , All Inclusive( Based on Experience)
Reporting To: Managing Director

Main Objective of the Role
The Product Specialist main objective is to drive the successful promotion, sale, and auction of watches and Jewelry by maintaining an in-depth understanding of the inventory, staying informed on industry trends, engaging with clients to meet their unique preferences, and ensuring watches & jewelries are presented, maintained, and marketed effectively. This includes collaborating with internal teams, executing high- quality auctions, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and supporting post-sale activities to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the features, specifications, and unique selling points of watches and jewelries inventory.
- Ensuring to be up to date with the latest trends and developments in the watches & jewelries aftermarket and similar industry.
- Engaging with enthusiasts, collectors, and buyers to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Conducting product demonstrations, watches & jewelries walk-arounds, and viewing the products when necessary to potential clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns for watches & jewelries segments after approval from Managing Director.
- Ensuring the watches & jewelries are displayed attractively in both physical and digital catalogs.
- Coordinating with authorized agencies to ensure the watches & jewellries are maintained in prime condition.
- Supporting the pricing strategy based on market value and watches & jewelries condition.
- Identifying potential watches & jewelries for auction through market research, networking, and industry contacts.
- Assessing watches & jewelries condition, quality, and historical significance to determine auction eligibility.
- Coordinating for watches & jewelries photography, videography, and cataloging for high-quality visual presentations.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of live and virtual auctions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality presentations.
- Ensuring that all watches & jewelries meet legal and compliance requirements for auctioning, including title verification, ownership history.
- Maintaining accurate records of auction details, bid history, and sales agreements.
- Preparing detailed post auction reports, summarizing performance and trends.
- Assisting in post-sale activities, including payment processing, logistics coordination, and client follow-ups.
- Ensuring in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the company.
- Other roles & responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.
KPI’s will be judged on both procurement & sale of the procured goods.
Qualification / Minimum Level of Education:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Sales or other disciplines
Experience – Specific Requirements:
- 3-5 years proven experience working in a luxury watches & jewelry retail in Dubai.
- The candidate should be strong in understanding the watches & jewelries, enthusiast on watches & jewelries.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, qualitative, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in negotiating and persuasive skills with internal and other external stake holders.
- Experience with the local, regional and industry market of watches & jewelries industries in the UAE and across the globe.
- In-depth understanding of the product / services the company is providing and weekly involvement within the company.
- Personal Characteristics: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, self-driven, good/professional communicator, good interpersonal skills, positive outlook on life, logical thinker, high levels of initiative, work independently with a high degree of responsibility, work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Fluency in English language and exceptional writing skills, Arabic is plus.
- From time to time the candidate will be required to work outside of normal working hours and visit subsidiaries when required.
- Local and International travel if required.

- Managing products of Estimated Auction starting price of AED50,000
